The lesson I learned during my bday weekend

I didn't want to get into details of what all happened during my bday weekend but I learned something from God. This is something I knew but had to be reminded: Never put anyone before God for He is a jealous God. But He never stops loving. My feelings were hurt this weekend but God allowed them to be hurt now instead of the long term. I have no regrets of what has happened in my life and I am soooo thankful of what He's doing in my life.

The rest of the Birthday Weekend!

Saturday night my wonderful best friend and godsis took me out on the town. Details are too emotional to explain but it ended well and funny! All I can say is I love them so much and wouldn't trade these heffas for nothing else in the world!

My brother from another mother also took me out, along with my cousin, to IHOP. Again this was a happy moment.

My friend made this cupcakes for my bday, too! And they were sooooooo good! :) 

My Birthday Celebration 10/28! :)

Ate with my family last night. As usual, we were the loudest in the restaurant! We ate and drank! And my dear little cousin sang the famous Stevie Wonder's version of Happy Birthday to me. She opened up her mouth and belched out a strong, mature voice and the whole restaurant had NO CHOICE but to join along. And her she is.....

I'm starting to like cooking.

This is yet the best spaghetti I have EVER made! Even my meat seasoning was on point. My mother normally likes anything I make but she just likes food, period! However, she made it clear that this was my best spaghetti ever.

I added two salads on the side. Most of my friends said this would be a teased but this was enough for me!

Still looking for work...But my God is still awesome!

I am still looking for work but I still got joy. My hopes are high and I pray that the Lord will guide and lead me to what's best for me. I pray that this job Yahweh will get the glory out of it! :)

I plan on calling around and finding some volunteer work to do in the meantime...

The visit to Nashville

I went to Nashville this past week to visit a friend. There were some happy moment and some emotional moments but overall it was so much fun and much needed. It was good to have a different scenery for a moment. During the day I would relax in my friend's apartment or cleaning. We watched a couple of movies and chilled around.

I also caught up with family and friends and met some new, awesomeness people:

The coolest, blessed stranger I met was Lauren. We laughed majority the whole time from when we first met until we departed each other. We shared many life stories in short timing. THis young lady was surely a blessing to meet. She doesn't know how her Godly spirit convicted me and made me wanted to get my life spiritually back together. 

 I thought Nashville was so beautiful. I enjoyed seeing the mountains and hills in the background.

Chili Cheese Fries

Friday, I went to Chili's with a friend and had some delicious chili cheese fries. I was inspired to cook some. Now it wasn't as good as Chili's but it was pretty tasty!

Out in the Night; Stuck in the house all day

Last night or rather Saturday night, I went out with my god-sis. We went to a mix club and dance the whole time. There was a live band and they were superb! Our hearts melted when they played Prince, Purple Rain. Prince is one of the best artist known!

Sunday I woke with the cramps and the only thing I was able to eat was these Cheetos below and they were so tasty. I stayed in the house all day but I was still somewhat productive; I completed a job application! Go me! :)

Yeah, I opened the bag up side down but what rule is it that you're suppose to open a chip bag a certain way?

My cousin and cousin bday celebration

Yesterday some of my family celebrated my two cousin's bday who were born just a few days apart. They were practical raised together and view each other as brother and sister. We celebrated at Buffalo Wild Wings. It was a fun night. :)
